Ichiru Kiryu

Ichiru Kiryu (錐生 壱縷, Kiryū Ichiru) was Zero's younger twin brother. When they were younger, they were both taught by Toga Yagari to become vampire hunters. Ichiru, however did not seem to have the same talent as Zero's natural ability, as he was often ill. The character appears both in the manga and anime. Ichiru is given a different appearance in the anime in the second season, which does not occur in the manga.

Takuma Ichijo

Takuma Ichijo (一条 拓麻, Ichijōu Takuma) is the vice-president of the Night Class at Cross Academy. He is an Aristocrat vampire and is good friends with Kaname Kuran, whom he is close to and respects.

Hanabusa Aidou

Hanabusa Aidou (藍堂 英, Aid'ō Hanabusa), nicknamed "Idol" by the Day Class girls, is the heir of the Aido family, protector and tutor to Yuki Kuran, and cousin to Akatsuki Kain and Ruka Souen. He is an Aristocrat vampire who possesses the ability to freeze matter.

Shiki Senri

Senri Shiki (支葵 千里, Shiki Senri) is an aristocrat, a model, and one of the youngest Night Class students. Later on, it is revealed that he is the illegitimate son of Rido Kuran.

Kaein Cross

Headmaster Kaien Cross (黒主灰閻 理事長, Kurosu Kaien Rijicho) is both the Headmaster of Cross Academy, and current head of the Vampire Hunters Association. He is the guardian of Zero Kiryu and adoptive father of Yuki Cross, the heroine of the story.

Rido Kuran

 is a pureblood and the main villain of the story. He is Yuki's uncle and the birth father of shiki senri. Hiou Shizuka was originally his betrothed fiancée but has a illegitimate child with a noble vampire. As Rido is the biggest threat to Yuuki's live hood, Kaname sees him as the enemy he has to eradicate at all costs. Rido was the person who sacrificed the life of Yuuki's biological brother Kaname to reawaken the powerful ancestor Kaname from his thousand years of slumber. Technically making himself Kaname's master, Rido thought he could enslave the ancestor Kaname into listening to his every order. However, his plans backfires and was instead slashed into pieces by young ancestor Kaname. Taking him 10 years to regenerate his body. He comes back attempting to kill her once more.
